Shipping policy

At Pransh Clothing, we take pride in ensuring your order reaches you safely, promptly, and with the level of care that reflects our premium experience. Below is our detailed shipping policy outlining timelines, rates, and special benefits.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only. If you want to order from outside the United States, please contact us. Any international shipments (if offered) may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are your responsibility.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday.

  • Orders placed after 2 PM CST will begin processing the next business day.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking once your order has shipped.

Order processing time does not include shipping time.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Free Shipping

We provide free standard shipping for all orders.

Priority Shipping

Priority Shipping options are dynamically calculated at checkout based on your location, chosen delivery speed, cart contents, carrier availability.

Order Tracking

Tracking details will be emailed once your order ships.
You can also track your order by logging into your account at pranshclothing.com.

Address Accuracy & Signature Requirements

  • You’re responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.

  • Orders may require signature on delivery for security.

  • If you notice an error, contact us immediately before the order ships:

Delivery Issues & Delays

We work with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. While we aim for punctual delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather

  • Holidays

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Regional emergencies

We are happy to assist with tracking or resolving extended delays.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but the package is missing:

  1. Check surrounding areas and ask neighbors or front desk

  2. Contact the carrier for delivery confirmation

  3. If unresolved, email support@pranshclothing.com

We will work with you to find the best resolution.

Liability and Use of Carriers

We use carriers like UPS, USPS, etc, to get the products to your doorsteps. Title to products and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier, except as otherwise provided by law. We are not responsible for any shipping delays or problems once the product has been handed over to the carrier, but we will try to assist in resolving any delivery issues. 

Preorders & Split Shipments

Preorder or backordered items will ship as noted on the product page. If your order includes in-stock items, we may split the shipment with or without extra shipping costs.
