Shipping and Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping when your order amount is $200 or more.

When will I get my tracking number?

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Contact us as soon as possible at support@pranshclothing.com. If the order has not shipped yet, we will do our best to help.

Returns and Refunds

How do I start a return?

Email support@pranshclothing.com or log in to your account and visit the Orders page to start a return.

What is your return window?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery on eligible U.S. orders.

What condition must items be in for a return?

Items must be unworn, unused, and include all original tags and packaging.

Is return shipping free?

We offer free return shipping on approved U.S. returns.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection.

Sizing and Fit

How do I choose my size?

Use the Size Guide on each product page and compare measurements to a similar item you already own. If you are between sizes, choose based on your preferred fit (more fitted vs relaxed).

What if I’m between sizes?

If you prefer a cleaner, fitted look, size down. If you prefer a relaxed, streetwear drape, size up. When unsure, email us and we will help you choose.

I received the wrong item, or something arrived damaged. What should I do?

Email support@pranshclothing.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve it quickly.
