At Pransh Clothing, we pride ourselves on the quality of our garments and the satisfaction of our clientele. In the rare event that a purchase does not meet your expectations, we are pleased to offer a clear and accommodating return policy, reflective of our commitment to premium service and fairness. Please review the details below to ensure your return is processed smoothly and in accordance with our guidelines.

Pransh reserves the right to update or modify this return policy at any time without prior notice. We encourage customers to review this policy each time they make a purchase or initiate a return.

Return Window & Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery of your order. This window begins on the day your package is marked as delivered by the courier. To be eligible for a return, items must be in original condition, i.e., unworn, unused, with all tags and original packaging intact. We kindly request that you handle all items with care while deciding if they are right for you, as we can only accept returns for products in pristine condition.

Please note that our return policy applies only to orders shipped within the United States. At this time, we are unable to accommodate international returns or exchanges. However, if your international order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately for support.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are final sale or not eligible for return due to their nature. We appreciate your understanding that these exceptions ensure the integrity and hygiene of our products:

  • Final Sale Merchandise: Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

  • Custom & Personalized Products: Any item that has been custom-made, monogrammed, or altered at your request is not returnable, as it was crafted exclusively for you.

  • Undergarments & Intimates: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on undergarments or intimate apparel (including swimwear without protective liners). We ensure these items are brand new and expect the same assurance upon return.

  • Token of Love: The Token of Love is a small, heartfelt gift from PRANSH. It is a gesture of gratitude and connection from us to you and as such cannot be refunded individually. If a Token of Love was included with your order, it must be returned along with the purchased item.

Restocking Fee

All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the amount of your refund. This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and restocking of the item. We encourage you to make selections carefully to avoid unnecessary fees. In the case of an approved return, you will be refunded the original purchase price minus 10%. (Shipping fees paid at checkout, if any, are non-refundable.)

Complimentary Return Shipping

We offer free return shipping on all eligible U.S. returns as part of our premium service. Once your return request is approved, Pransh Clothing will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label at no cost. There is no need to pay for postage. Simply print the label we send, attach it to your package, and drop off the parcel as instructed. This complimentary return service ensures a convenient and seamless experience for our valued clients.

How to Initiate a Return

We have made the return process simple and elegant. Please follow the steps below to initiate a return for your order:

  1. Request a Return: Initiate your return by contacting our Client Services team at support@pranshclothing.com or initiate a return yourself by visiting our online Orders page (must be logged in). You can also contact us through our site chat. Provide your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Our team will guide you through the next steps and verify your eligibility for return.

  2. Return Authorization & Label: Once your return request is approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how to send your item back. Print the label and affix it to the original packaging (or similarly sturdy packaging) to ensure the item is secure in transit.

  3. Pack & Ship: Gently pack the item, including all original accessories, Token of Love, tags, and packaging materials. Seal the package securely and attach the provided return label. Drop off the package at the designated courier service as indicated in the instructions. Send the package promptly to ensure it arrives within the return period.

Please note: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Always ensure you have contacted us and obtained the prepaid label before sending any merchandise back.

Refunds & Processing

Once your returned item is received at our facility, we will send you a confirmation email and begin the inspection process. Inspection typically takes 2 to 4 business days. Approved returns will be processed for refund. We will issue the refund to your original form of payment within approximately 10 business days of approval. The 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please be aware that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund to your account. You will receive an email notification from us when your refund has been issued. If you used store credit or a gift card, the refund will be reinstated to that credit or card.

Non-Approved Returns

At Pransh, all returned items undergo a meticulous inspection to ensure they meet the conditions outlined in our return policy. In the event that a return is not approved, for reasons including but not limited to visible wear, damage, missing tags, or compromised packaging, you will be formally notified via email. Please ensure that you check the return checklist below to reduce chances of return not being approved.

Customers may request the return of non-approved items to their address; however, the following terms apply:

  • The item will be shipped back at the sender's expense, plus an additional 10% handling fee.

  • Payment for return shipping and fees must be completed within 7 days of the denial confirmation email.

  • If no payment is received within the stated timeframe, the item will be permanently discarded, and no further claims will be accepted.

Pransh reserves the right to make the final determination regarding return eligibility and item condition. We strongly encourage all clients to carefully review our return requirements before initiating a return.

Unauthorized Returns

Items sent to Pransh without prior return authorization will be considered unauthorized returns. These items will not be examined, refunded, or returned to the sender. Pransh is not responsible for the storage, condition, or disposal of unauthorized items. We strongly advise against sending any product without first obtaining approval and a prepaid return label from our team.

Return Eligibility Checklist

Before initiating a return, please ensure that the item meets all of the following conditions:

  • The item is unworn and unused

  • All original tags are intact and attached

  • The item is returned in its original packaging with all the items received in the delivery

  • The return is initiated within 7 days of delivery

  • The item is not marked as final sale

  • The item is not a custom or personalized product

  • The item is not an undergarment or intimate apparel

  • Token of Love (if any) is included in the return shipment

Items that fail to meet any of the above criteria will not be eligible for return and will be handled according to our Non-Approved Returns policy.
